Christmas Cafe & Gala
2023 Christmas Cafe & Gala was a success! We successfully fundraised for new adjustable student desks and chairs, additional textbooks, and a new projector for our gymnasium.
The adjustable desks and chairs will provide students at our new Douglas Avenue E campus increased comfort, storage and work surfaces, while allowing teachers the ability to have a variety of classroom configurations. Additionally, the upgrade of a new gymnasium projector at our main campus, will benefit the whole school, and be useful when hosting school events, chapels, assemblies, and many community functions.

Our auction will include many awesome items and services to bid on, with something for everyone! A great place to find Christmas gifts for friends and family!
Auction Date and Time – 2024 date TBD.
Admission – Tickets are $20 per person, reserved table seating only. This is an adult only event (see below for information on childcare). Limited seating is available, and you must buy your tickets in advance by calling 306-775-0919. Reserved seating includes beverages, a nice selection of appetizers, and a free gourmet coffee bar. Doors open at 6:00pm and the event will end at around 9:30 pm.
Silent Auction – There will be over 200+ awesome items and services to bid on, with something for everyone! A great place to find Christmas gifts for friends and family!
Dessert Dash – A fun way to help the school and enjoy a delicious gourmet dessert at the same time! Tables offer a collective bid and compete to win their favorite dessert. Any bids of $20 or higher will be tax-receipted.
Live Auction – Enjoy the fun and excitement of a live auction as you enjoy your dessert. The Live Auction will begin immediately following the Dessert Dash. There will be many exciting items to bid on and remember that all profits will benefit Regina Christian School.
On-Site Child Care – Gala tickets are for adults only, but childcare is available at the school during the event for children aged 4 to age 12 at a cost of $12 per child. We have room for 30 children so please reserve your spot early by completing the Ticket Order Form below or calling the Reception Office at 306-775-0919. Children will enjoy organized games, a movie, snacks and drinks. Please pick up your children by 9:45 pm.
Gourmet Coffee Bar – We will be running a Free Gourmet Coffee Bar where you can enjoy a hot cup of specialty coffee or tea.
Tax Receipts – Don’t be afraid to bid high! Bids over 25% of the retail value of a product or service qualify for a charitable donation tax receipt for the amount you paid over the retail value. (Example: a $100 bicycle bought for $150 qualifies for a tax receipt of $50).
How can I collect my purchased items? – Winning bidders will be able to pick up their items on the evening of the event, following receipt of payment.
How do I pay for my items? – Following the closing of the event, winning bidders will be able to check-out with a cashier and take their purchased items home that evening. Payment can be made via cash, debit, or Visa/MC.
